基于DAPCR的掘进机截割机构力学性能分析

摘　　要：根据悬臂式掘进机截割机构的设计方法,提出一种新的力臂三角形计算原理。利用开发的专用力学性能分析模拟软件——DAPCR,对掘进机截割机构铰点参数变化所引起的截割力学性能巷道断面分布图的改变进行分析。Base on the design method of the cutting mechanism in the mine boom type roadheader, the paper provided a new triangle calculation principle of the arm. With the simulation software-DAPCR of the special mechanics performance analysis, the paper analyzed the distributing diagram variation of the cutting mechanics performance roadway profile occurred by the connecting point parameter variation of the cutting mechanism in the roadheader.
