摘　　要：从复杂性基本内涵出发,阐述复杂性思维的基本特征;通过分析图书馆系统的开放性、动态演化性、自组织性、混沌性以及非线性等特征,指出图书馆系统本身是一个复杂系统;在此基础上提出应当运用复杂性思维来认识和指导图书馆管理,认为应该实施开放管理,建立远离平衡态调控体系,营造良好的民主氛围,建立相互配合的协同机制,建立互动发展的反馈机制,注意管理中的混沌性。The paper expounds the basic characteristics of the complexity thinking from the basic content of complexity and analyzes the library system characteristics, points out that the conditions for the formation of a complexity system are its being open, varieties, chaos, self- organization and nonlinear interaction between every element of system.
