摘　　要：目的:探讨交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)对评价重症肌无力(MG)患者自主神经功能损害的价值。方法:对30例MG患者(病例组)和30位健康受试者(对照组)分别进行了SSR测定,并将结果加以比较。结果:MG组SSR测定异常率为37%(11/30),SSR波潜伏期明显延长,波幅降低,与对照组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:MG患者存在一定的自主神经功能损害,SSR可作为判断MG患者自主神经功能损害的神经电生理指标。Objective:To research for the diagnostic value of sympathetic skin response(SSR)in assessing the autonomic nerve disorder in patients with myasthenia gravis(MG).Methods:SSR tests were performed in 30 MG patients and 30 healthy people.The results of SSR were compared between two groups.Results:The abnormality rate of SSR in MG patients was 36.7%(11/30),the latency of SSR was longer and the amplitude of SSR was lower in MG patients than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the tw...
