摘　　要：通过对高校体育教学现状,以及对体育教学理念、特征现代化的深入分析,认为要根据学生的心理发展特征和需要适时更新体育教学内容,提高体育教学的适应性;加强体育教学内容与社会发展的联系,体现时代感,促进体育教学的现代化。应改变单一的接受性学习方式,通过体育教学生活化、体育教学概念的延伸、运动技术的多样化、层次化、体育教学的小型化等变革,促进学生知识与技能,情感态度与价值观的整体发展。Through the depth analysis to the teaching of college sports,physical education concepts and the characteristics of modernization,the article thinks that school should enhance the adaptability of Physical Education,strengthen physical education content and social development Ties,reflected the sense of the times and promote the modernization of PE,and update timely physical education according to the students that the psychological development of character.The school should change a single accepted way of l...
