摘　　要：随着软件行业的迅速发展,对高职软件技术专业学生创新能力培养成为一个亟需解决的问题,通过开放实验室、增设选修课、课程设计(毕业设计)改革和开展软件大赛四个方面,可以增强学生的创新能力,更好地体现高职"以就业为导向"的办学指导思想。Along with the quick development of the software industry, it has become an exactly be a desiderate being solved problem that how to train software technology major students. There are four aspects, which are opening lab, increasing the elective courses, designing courses or graduation reform, having software tournaments, which can enhance students creative ability and illustrate the guide idea of running high vocational college "take employment as a lead" .
