摘　　要：邓析是刑名学派的创始人,也是春秋末期一位杰出的辩者,体现其思想精髓的“两可之说”包含着朴素的辩证观点和合理的逻辑思想,对其认真研究将对于建设和谐社会、坚持科学和谐的发展观具有极其重要的借鉴意义。Dengxi was the founder of Xingming school, who also was an outstanding debater at the end of Spring and Autumn period. His thought quintessence , Liangke theory, embodies simple dialectical view and rational logical thought. The research of the theory will provide significant reference for construction of harmonious society and insistence on scientific development view.
