摘　　要：通过文献资料的方法探讨现代排球运动的新特点及发展趋势。结果显示现代排球运动具有智、高、快、准、全、变、巧的特点及全面、快速、多变;女子技术男子化;职业化;娱乐性;与现代科学技术紧密结合的发展趋势,从而为把我国排球运动的技战术水平在新世纪推向新的阶段提供参考依据。The paper approacthes peculiarities and growing trend of modern volleyball through literature informations.The result shows that modern volleyball movement has peculiarities of wisdom,high,fast,exact,overall,change,ingenious and growing trend that volleyball tactics are overall,fast,more change,more professional,amusement,woman′s technique developing to man′ s,closing science technique.Thus it offers reference to raise level of volleyball technique and tactics in my country in new century.
