摘　　要：侦查是一个法律程序,同时也是一个认识人的过程。寻找、分析、锁定特定的人,是破案的关键,也是真正体现侦查人员素质、智慧与价值的过程。侦查人员必须借助科学合理的思维方法,正确认识人与罪之关系,分析把握特定人与特定罪之间可能存在的各种中间联系,才能找到最终要找的犯罪嫌疑人。同时,正确认识了人,也就能够提高侦查效率,对促进侦查程序和刑事诉讼程序的公正行使具有积极的作用。Criminal investigation is not only a legal procedure, but also a process of knowing people. Seeking, analyzing and detecting specific people is the key to crack a criminal case and is also a procedure which fully reflects the quality, wisdom and value of the investigators. Criminal investigators should know the proper relationship between man and crime via modern science and technology and grasp all kinds of relationship between special man and special crime. Knowing the man correctly can improve the efficiency of investigation.
