摘　　要：将精确打击中的制信息权用于绑架勒索案件的侦查,是保障人质安全,及时抓捕绑匪的有效手段。探索夺取绑架案件侦查中的制信息权,以情报信息引导精确锁定犯罪嫌疑人,安全解救人质的战术战法对于绑架案件的及时侦破具有重要的现实意义。Information form ation in accurately combating kidnapping and blackmailing cases is an efficient method to guarantee the safely of hostages and timely catch the kidnappers. Grasping the information and using intelligence to lock the suspects are of practical value to crack kidnapping cases.
