摘　　要：高等学校作为培养全面发展的高素质人才的摇篮,思想政治工作尤为重要。文章对新时期高校思想政治工作面临的挑战进行了分析,对新时期学生思想发展的特点进行了概括,并提出了加强高校思想政工作应采取的措施。As a cradle of training the talents with high qualities in all-round ways, the ideological and political work in university appears very important. The paper analyzes various challenges that the political work are facing in the new period, sums up college students' characters of their ideological development and offers some measures of strengthening ideological and political work in university.
