摘　　要：本文主要介绍什么是供应链,怎样实施供应链管理,通过执行一个网络化、集中化的供应链管理系统,公司则可以节约更多的成本,增加更多的收入,改善服务使其紧跟市场需求,并更有效的利用他们的现有资产。This article mainly introduces what the supply chain is and how it is put into practice.By means of the implementation of the centralized network system of the supply chain management,the company can economize more cost,increase more incomes,improve the service to meet the market need,and more effectively make use of their current property.
