摘　　要：教育制度创新是教育发展的条件和保障。文章论述了高等教育制度创新与高等教育发展的关系,分析了当前阻碍我国高等教育发展的制度因素,探讨了高等教育制度创新的内容、模式以及路径。The innovation of educational system is the condition and guarantee of educational development. This paper states the relationship between innovation of higher educational system and development of higher education, analyses the systematic factors that prevent the development of higher education in our country, and discusses the content, patterns and ways of innovation of higher educational system.
