摘 要:研究了大棚土壤经溴甲烷、无公害防治剂、太阳能防治剂处理后对重茬草莓叶片的光合速率、SOD酶活性、可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素含量以及果实产量和品质的影响。结果表明:用溴甲烷、太阳能防治剂、无公害防治剂处理后草莓叶片的SOD酶活性分别比对照降低低2.39%、0.6%、3.28%,叶绿素含量分别比对照提高,12.08%、2.73%、8.88%,光合速率显著高于对照,并且草莓的产量和品质显著高于对照。综合评价认为溴甲烷有剧毒,农业部已禁止使用;太阳能防治剂处理工序复杂、费用较高,因此应用无公害防治剂是较理想的防治草莓重茬病的方法。Effects of three kinds of drugs on the physiological and biochemical characters of strawberry was studied in order to select new drugs to prevente and cure the strawberry diseases of continuously cropping in the greenhouse.The soil of continuously cropping strawberries was dealt with the solar energy drugs,the uncontaminated drugs and BrCH_3 before planting strawberry.The chlorophyll content and the ratio of a/b,SOD activity,soluble protein content,net photosynthesis of continuous cropping strawberry were measured.The results indicated that the SOD activity of CK was higher than those of three other treatments 2.39%,0.6%,3.28%,respectively.The chlorophyll content and net photosynthesis in strawberry leaves under the three treatments was higher than that of the control.The yield of strawberry under BrCH_3 was highest,and the yield under the solar energy drugs was similar to that under the uncontaminated drugs.The soluble solid substance in strawberry fruit under the control was lowest and there was no significant difference among three drugs.Since BrCH_3 was harmful to human and animal and resulted in environmental pollution,the best method of preventing and curing strawberry diseases of continuously cropping was using uncontaminated drugs.
