摘　　要：提出了一种基于恒流串联法和恒压并联法的高精度宽量程电阻测量方案。该方案对测量10Ω以下的小值电阻和20MΩ以上的高值电阻有较高的精度和分辨率,拓展了常规数字万用表的电阻测量范围,有较好的实际应用价值。Based on constant current source series circuit and constant voltage source parallel circuit,it suggestsa method with high precision and wide-range for resistance measurement.This method can be used to measurethe numerical value of resistance below 10Ωand above 20MΩwith relatively high precision and resolution ratio.It is of practical applicable value for the method has extended the measurement range of the conventional digitalmultimeter.
