摘　　要：为提高流量计标定系统的精度和效率,在标定原理上采用3种标定方法相结合,以标准表法和容积法为主,称重法为辅。在标定系统的控制方面,采用变频调节技术,由PLC、变频器和计算机进行精密控制和调节,实现了流量计标定过程的全自动化,并提高了生产效率。For the purpose of promoting the precision and efficiency of calibrating flow-meter, this system is designed to combine three calibrating methods for flow-meter, centering on the reference-meter calibrating method and volumetric method, in addition to weighing method. It is concerned about achieving to completely automatic calibration process, by means of PLC and computer to control and regulate the whole industrial process, as well as adopting frequency conversion regulating technique.
