摘  要:通过坐标变换得到了带电球对称蒸发黑洞的视界面位置和视界温度;利用改进的brick-wall方法———薄膜模型计算了这类黑洞的自由能和熵,发现这种黑洞的熵等于它外视界面积的1/4;探讨了黑洞熵与Hawking辐射的关系.The event horizon and the horizon temperature of spherically symmetric evaporating black hole with charge were obtained through the changing of coordinate,the free energy and entropy of this king of black hole are calculated via improved brick-wall method,which means that the energy and entropy are mainly from a thin layer close to event horizon.It is found that the entropy of this system is just 1/4 of the area of the external event horizon.And also the relation between entropy of black hole and Hawking radiation is discussed.
