南欧丹参抑菌活性部位的研究

摘　　要：对南欧丹参(Salvia sclarea)的抑菌活性部位及生物活性研究结果表明,花序中含有主要抑菌活性成分,且石油醚为南欧丹参花活性成分的最佳提取溶剂。在离体条件下,花的石油醚提取物对多种供试真菌有明显的抑制作用,其对油菜菌核病菌(scerotinia sclerotiorum)的EC50为26．98μg·mL 1;对盆栽小麦白粉病 (Erysiphe graminis)的保护效果为94．94％,治疗效果为84．21％。The paper studied bioactivity of Salvia sclarea and confirmed its active parts .The bioassay results indicated that the flowers had mostly active components. It also showed that the optimal solvent which extracting active components was petroleum ether. The petroleum ether extract could markedly inhibit the various mycelial growth,its EC50value against scerotinia sclerotiorum was 26. 98 μg·mL-1. In addition,protective effect and therapeutic effect of the petroleum ether extract against the Erysiphe graminis were 94. 94%and 84. 21% respectively.
