摘　　要：从全员聘用制的基本内涵入手,阐述了高校推行全员聘用制的必要性。从理论和实践两个方面,分析了高校推行全员聘用制过程中将面临的各种问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。From the connotation of the system of appointing the overall labors, this paper expounds its necessity. Combining theory with practice, it analyzes some problems and solutions to them.
