摘　　要：采用常规兴奋剂甾体药物的尿液提取方法,建立了气相色谱-质谱法研究甾体类药物stenebolone的检测方法。通过受试者尿液与其空白尿液对照,依据甾体类药物在人体内代谢的规律,检出十种代谢物,测定了代谢曲线,并建立了相应的常规检测方法。The urine sample was prepared by routine screening procedure for anabolic steroids.A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) procedure described in this paper was applied to detect the metabolism of stenebolone in human urine.Based on the rule of anabolic steroids metoblize,ten metabolites were detected by comparing the blank urine with positive urine.The excretion curves of main metabolite was investigated.
