摘　　要：县级社区学院是我国农村高等教育体系的主要载体,具备立足于县市、面向大众、花费较低、形式灵活、内容实用、交通便利等一些基本特点。创建县级社区学院,是实现城乡教育均衡发展、开发农村人力资源、全面建设小康社会和新农村建设的重要举措。County community colleges are the major providers of higher education in China s rural areas.They are locally situated and easily accessible,open to the general public at a low coat,and flexible with practical programs.Establishing good county community colleges is an important step in achieving a balanced development of urban and rural education,utilizing human resources in the countryside,and building well-to-do rural areas.
