摘　　要：本文着重论述了校园文化的内涵和功能,探讨高校工会组织的性质、职能以及在校园文化建设中的重要作用,对于构建和谐校园,推进一流研究型大学建设具有借鉴意义。A discussion is presented on the content of a campus culture,the nature of a university s trade union,and the role of the union in the building of the campus culture.These have important implications in building a harmonious campus and promoting the development of a first-class research university.
