摘　　要：目的观察诺沛凝胶在高海拔地区治疗光化性唇炎的临床效果。方法对2002年至2007年就诊的63例符合诊断标准及完成6个月后复诊的光化性唇炎病人采用诺沛凝胶外涂治疗,必要时同时配合相应全身治疗,分别在治疗后1周、1月、3月及6月复诊。结果急性期患者26例中,痊愈17例,显效5例,有效2例;(总体有效率为92.3%)。慢性期患者37例,21例痊愈,7例显效,6例有效(总体有效率91.9%)。结论在高海拔地区使用诺沛凝胶外涂治疗光化性唇炎安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of Oculotect gel in the treatment of actinic cheilitis at high-altitude area. Methods 63 cases of actinic cheilitis, which have been confirmed by the diagnostic criteria and completed the period of six months follow up in 2002 to 2007 have been reported.
