摘　　要：多发性原发性颅内肿瘤临床上较少见,约占颅内肿瘤的0.4%,颅内多发性原发性肿瘤是指颅内同期内不同位置生长的两个或两个以上肿瘤,一般分为同一细胞组织类型和不同细胞组织类型两种。前者如多发性胶质瘤、多发性脑膜瘤、双侧听神经鞘瘤等.此类型约占70%;后者如脑膜瘤和胶质瘤并存较为常见、脑膜瘤合并听神经瘤或合并垂体瘤等偶有报道,此类型约占30%。In the sending primary skull the tumor on clinical is rarer, approximately composes in the skull the tumor 0.4%, in the skull the sending primary tumor is refers to in the skull in the same time the different position to grow two or two above tumors, generally divides into the identical cellulary tissue type and the different cellulary tissue type two kinds.
