摘　　要：目的:分析30例原发性肝癌的原因和防范措施。方法:详细分析三类病人:①误诊为腰椎增生;②误诊为阑尾炎;③误诊为肺结核。结果:因误诊而延误治疗,三类病人均死亡。结论:三类误诊的原因分析及措施对临床有参考价值。Objective:Analysing the reason of 30 kinds of original liver cancers and is the ways of prevention.Method:Discussing 3 types of patients in detail:①Wrong diagnosis is the hyperplasia of lumbar vertedra;②Seeond treatment as appendicitis;③Third is treated as tuberculosis.Result:Because of wrong diagnosis and delayed treatment,it results in 13 patients death.Conclusion:Stud- ying reason and measure of the 3 cases is significant reference value.
