摘　　要：目的为了提高重症胰腺炎放置鼻空肠营养管的成功率。方法经胃镜及X线电视透视引导下作空肠造影后,放置空肠营养管。结果该组14例,12例第1次放置成功;2例空肠营养管从口腔滑出,再次放置成功。结论胃镜及X线电视透视引导下作空肠造影后实时显示营养管位置,使营养管更容易通过Trize韧带。[Objective] To improve the successful rate of nasoenteric feedingtubes placement in svere pancreatitis patients. [Methods] After making jejunum-ography, nasoenteric feedingtubes were placed in the jejunum gastrofiberscope guided by actinoscopy. [Result] 12 cases had been successfally placed at the first time, 2 cases successed at the second time.
