摘　　要：自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)多与自身免疫反应相关,以高丙球蛋白血症,血清中出现循环自身抗体,表现为慢性活动性肝炎的一种自身免疫性疾病。为了建立自身免疫性肝炎特异性实验室诊断指标,探讨其发病机制,便于临床选择合理用药治疗,我们对20例自身免疫性肝炎和30例正常对照组进行相关生化及各种自身抗体检测。Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) and the autoimmune response and more relevant to high C globulin levels, in a cycle of serum autoantibodies, expressed as chronic active hepatitis an autoimmune disease.
