摘　　要：高脂血症是目前医药界研究的热点,而实验性动物模型的制备是其研究的重要基础。本文分别介绍了高脂血症先天性、转基因和化学物质诱导三种实验性动物模型的研究进展和模型的重要影响因素,为高脂血症动物模型的合理选择提供参考。At present,hyperlipidemia is the hot point in the medicine field,while the experimental animal models are the important foundation on the study of the disease.To provide the reference for the choice of the experimental animal,we introduce the progress and the influencing factors on the congenital,transgenic and chemical-induced models in this review.
