摘　　要：建设“精品课程”是我们国家推出的,促进高校教学质量进一步提高的重要举措。本文对电子科技大学的国家精品课程“数字信号处理”建设与实践进行了一些分析、探讨和总结。希望抛砖引玉,以期对我国“精品课程”建设这项以育人为本的高等教育质量工程起到一些积极的作用。It is an important action to develop MOE( Ministry of Education the People s Republic of China) content courses in Chinese universities. In this paper, we discussed the construction and practice of 'Digital Signal Processing' course which is one of the first batch of MOE content courses in UESTC. We hope that we can throw out a brick to attract a jade, so that we can take an active part in quality control of higher education which includes constructing MOE content courses.
