摘　　要：听力理解是英语教学和学习中的重要部分之一,而且在今后的学习和考试中会更为重要,因此提高听力理解能力就显得尤为重要。但对于许多英语学习者来说,既能听清又能听懂不是件容易的事。本文分析了影响听力理解的主要障碍——语言障碍和非语言障碍,并就如何提高听力理解能力提出了相应的对策。Listening comprehension is one of the important parts both in English teaching and in English learning. It becomes more and more important in the future study and test. But it is hard for most of the learners to not only listen clearly but understand well. In this essay, the author analyses the major obstacles affecting listening comprehension—language obstacle and non—language obstacle, and also puts forward the corresponding counterplan on how to improve listening comprehension ability.
