改进高等农业院校工科专业教学管理的思考

摘　　要：针对高等农业院校中工科类专业扩招后,教育教学过程中遇到的师资力量紧缺,硬件设施的增加滞 后,课程体系与教学内容、方法不适应发展的要求,社会对人才的需求与高层次学科发展之间存在的不协调现 象,教学管理手段跟不上发展的需要等实际情况进行了分析。提出要与时俱进,深化教育教学改革,因材施教、 分类培养,为拓宽就业渠道创造条件．力Ⅱ速师资力量的培养,加大硬件建设的资金投入,提供良好的基础设施条 件,为素质教育创造条件,注意教学过程管理与目标管理相结合,做好学生服务工作等改进和加强教学管理的一 些措施与方法。This paper analyses the problems under the enrollment expanding situation, such as the teachers is shortage; the increased basic establishment of teaching lagged behind demands; the system of course, the teaching content and methods, and the method of education management can not be meet developing needs; and where are unharmonious phenomenon between the specialist required and the high-level subject construction.
