摘　　要：抗菌肽具有分子量小、热稳定性好、无免疫原性、抗菌谱广等特点.并且,抗菌肽对畜禽具有促生长、保健和治疗疾病等功效;无毒副作用,无残留、无致细菌的耐药性等特性.在动物养殖和提高畜产品品质方面,抗菌肽也具有重要的潜在应用价值.文章结合当今抗菌肽的研究现状和发展前景,对抗菌肽的分类、抗菌机理、应用状况等方面进行了综述.Antimicrobial peptides have such functions as promoting growth、health protection、therapy and so on,with small molecular weight、thermostability、without immunity original nature and broad antimicrobial spectrum.Bsides,they have important potential applied cost on animals breed aquatics and improving the quality of livestock products with innocuity and no side effect,no residual and bacterial drug resistance etal.The text summarized sorts,antimicrobial mechanism,application and foreground of Antimicrobial Pept...
