干地黄提取物A保护胃黏膜作用的形态学研究及与热休克蛋白的关系

摘　　要：目的观察干地黄提取物A对胃黏膜的保护作用,并探讨其与胃黏膜内热休克蛋白含量之间的关系。方法用常规HE染色法观察胃黏膜损伤深度,用免疫组化方法和图像分析系统观察胃黏膜HSP70阳性细胞比值。结果(1)干地黄提取物A液灌胃可引起胃黏膜下血管充血扩张,但不引起HSP70合成增多；(2)提前给予干地黄提取物A液可明显减少无水乙醇所致的胃黏膜损伤指数和损伤深度；(3)提前给予干地黄提取物A液可使损伤所致的HSP70合成减少。结论干地黄提取物A有明显的胃黏膜保护作用,其机制可能与HSP70无关。Objective To investigate the protective function of extract A of dried Radix Rehmanniae(dRR) by morphological method,and its relation with heat shock protein in gastric mucosa.Methods The degree of gas- tric mucosa injury was observed by routine hematoxylin and eosin stain,and ratio of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70)positive cells in gastric mucosa was observed by immunohistochemical method and image analysis sys- tem.Results(1)Extract A of dRR could induce the dilatation of vessels in subgastric mucosa,but i...
