摘　　要：文章分析了捷联式掼导系统的含义及其构成,介绍了捷联式掼导系统的软件系统的测试方法和可靠性分析方法,用这种方法,可以高效地对捷联惯导系统的软件系统进行测试。同时,选定了一种错误查出的指数类增长模型,对捷联惯导系统的软件可靠性进行了重点分析。This text gives a analysis for meaning and structure of strapdown inerrial navigation system,then discusses software system test method and reliability analysis method of strapdown inerrial navigation system.With these methods,the software system of strapdown inerrial navigation system can be tested at high efficiency.As a while,we choose a model of exponent increasing that can check the errors,that does a emphasis analysis for the software system reliability of strapdown inerrial navigation system.
