摘　　要：推进民营科技企业技术创新,发展高新技术产业,对于提高经济增长的质量与速度,加快广西工业化进程具有重要意义,很有必要在分析民营科技企业的地位、作用和技术创新的特点与规律的基础上,针对广西民营科技企业技术创新面临的困难和问题,探析如何全面推进广西民营科技企业技术创新的对策措施。It is of great significance to propel technical innovation of the scientific and technological enterprises of non-public ownership and to develop the Hi-tech industry ,for the improvement of the quality and speed of Guangxi's economy and for the acceleration of the industrialization in Guangxi. On the basis of analyzing the position, characteristics, role and law of the scientific and technological enterprises of non-public ownership, this paper stresses countermeasures in order to improve technical innovation completely and solve the difficult problems which the scientific and technological enterprises of non-public ownership are facing.
