摘　　要：技术期权可以解决中小科技型公司技术人员激励的问题 ,本文着重探讨了中小科技型公司技术股份期权的方案设计 ,对技术期权计划中激励基金、授予和考核、行权价格等参数进行了详细地分析设计 ,旨在减少技术期权激励过程中的随意性 。Technical stock option solves the problem on the reanimation for the middle-small technical corporations. In this article, the technical stock option designed for middle-small technical corporations is discussed. A set of detailed program is designed in the parameter, which includes establishment of incentive fund, institution of merit system for the plan's grantors, award of stock option, and determination of premium, so as to reduce randomness in the incentive course. All these have a great effect on the normalized management for the middle-small technical corporations.
