摘　　要：本文分析了提高大学生自我管理能力的必要性和重要性 ,提出了加强大学生自我管理的具体措施 ,并就加强大学生自我管理应注意的问题进行了探讨。Improving university students' self-managerial ability, which is urgent among contemporary university students, is the need of fostering high-quality talents, meanwhile, make the study of students from passive to active and train a great number of new century talents with high-quality, high starting point and creative consciousness for society.
