摘  要:目的探讨一种植物蛋白是否具有肿瘤抗原活性。方法用淋巴细胞转化实验测定植物蛋白对正常人和食管癌患者淋巴细胞的刺激指数。将131Ⅰ标记植物蛋白免疫兔抗体注射给Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠,然后测定不同时段不同单位组织的放射性剂量占注射剂量的百分率(%ID/g)。结果该植物蛋白对食管癌患者淋巴细胞具有特异性刺激作用。单位肿瘤组织的%ID/g明显高于心、肝、脾、肾、肌肉等组织。结论该植物蛋白具有肿瘤抗原活性,其抗体可望用于肿瘤靶向治疗的载体。Objective To evaluate the tumor-antigen activity of the vegetable protein extracted from a lower plant. Methods The lymphocyte proliferation test was used to determine the stimulation index (SI). The antibody labeled by 131I was injected into Lewis mice with lung cancer. The radioactivity percentage of injected dose per gram of tissue (% ID/g) was measured at different times in different tissues. Results The vegetable protein had specific stimulated effects on lymphocytes proliferation in patients with esophageal cancer. The %ID/g of tumor tissue was higher than those of other tissues. Conclusion The vegetable protein possesses characteristics of tumor common antigen. Its antibody may be used for directed therapy in the future.
