中西医结合治疗淤胆型肝炎35例

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗淤胆型肝炎的方法。方法 :治疗组用熊去氧胆酸 (UDCA)联合中药赤芍 (重用 )复方辩证论治 ,对照组用门冬氨酸 30ml,静脉滴注 ,每日一次。结果 :中西医结合治疗 35例淤胆型肝炎病人 ,治疗后ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL复常、皮肤搔痒等症状好转明显 ,总有效率83% ,与对照组 (4 6 % )相比p <0 .0 1。结论 :熊去氧胆酸结合中药 (凉血活血法 )辩证论治淤胆型肝炎效果明显 。Objective: Discuss the method of the treatment of cholestatic hepatitis by combination of TCM and western medicine. Method: The therapy group use and red peony root(heavy dose ) by disputing treat. Control group use Aspartic Acid 30ml Venous drip Qd. Result: 35 patients of cholestatic hepatitis by use of the treatment of combination of TCM and western medicine, after treatment, the patient’s ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL becoming normal and the symptom of skin itch improve obviously, the sum rate of effective 83% , by the control group 46% the P value<0.01.Conclusion: Using UDCA and red peony root treat the patients of cholestatic hepatitis is effective, it can shorten the patient’s jaundice.
