升板方治疗化疗后血小板减少的疗效观察

摘　　要：背景与目的:抗肿瘤的化疗药物大多会引起患者骨髓造血功能障碍,往往导致治疗不能按时、按量进行,影响化疗效果。血小板下降是骨髓功能被抑制的表现之一,目前虽然皮下注射“白介素-11”对提升血小板疗效肯定,但因价格昂贵等原因,在临床上受到一定的限制。而采用口服的、价格较为低廉的药物来有效的治疗化疗后血小板减少的报道甚少。本研究探讨作者自拟中药“升板方”对化疗后血小板减少的治疗效果。方法:自1994年7月至2002年1月共观察103例化疗后血小板减少患者。其中治疗组55例,除常规对症治疗外,还每天分2次服用“升板方”1剂,连服2周。对照组48例,仅行常规对症治疗,观察2周。结果:治疗组显效率20%,有效率50.9%,总有效率70.9%;对照组显效率12.5%,有效率25.0%,总有效率37.5%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:“升板方”能有效提升化疗后下降的血小板水平。BACKGROUND &OBJECTIVE: The majority of cancer chemotherapy can le ad to bone marrow depression, which often affects clinical response as chemotherap y can not be carried out with enough dosage on time. The platelets decrease is o ne of the problems caused by bone marrow depression. Though the clinical respons e of hyodermic “IL-11”is affirmed to advance platelets presently, it is limit ed by expensive price. Other agents that can be taken orally with suitable price and equal authenticity are less reported. The author observed clinical response of platelets decrease adopting traditional Chinese medicine “Sheng Ban Recipe ”(SBR). METHODS: Totally 103 patients with platelets decrease after chemotherap y from July 1994 to Jannary 2002. They were randomly divided into two groups: SB R plus common treatment group and common treatment alone group. The previous gro up take 1package SBR for twice drink per day. Common treatment group give common therapy only. The follow-up period is 2 weeks. RESULTS: Among the 55 cases in SBR group, noticeable efficiency 20%, efficiency 50.9%, total efficiency 70.9 %, which is evidently superior to common group. CONCLUSION:“Sheng Ban Recipe” can effectively treat thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy, which helps to reduce the necessary of intravenous drip of platelets and the risk of hemorrhage.
