摘　　要：以全面、协调、可持续发展为基本内容的科学发展观对于高等医学教育改革和发展具有重要的意义.要抓住医学人文教育和实施医学教育国际化战略这两个重要环节来培养全面发展的医学人才;实现医学学科与其他学科之间的协调发展和培养社会所需的人才,达到医学教育的协调发展;合理整合社会卫生资源,走可持续发展的道路.The principle of scientific development, with all-sided, coordinative and sustainable development as its core, is of great importance to the reform an d development of higher medical education. Much importance should be attached to medical humanity education and the strategy of internationalization of medical education in cultivating medical personnel with all-round development. The coor d inative development of medical science can be obtained if it is coordinated with other disciplines of sciences and meets the society’s demand for talented peop le. The health resources of society should be reallocated and the approach of su stainable development should be pursued.
