重症肌无力患者术前心理健康状况调查分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的 :调查重症肌无力患者术前的心理状态及其影响因素 ,探讨心理护理方法。方法 :采用自评抑郁量表、自评焦虑量表、艾森克个性问卷、社会支持评定量表对重症肌无力患者进行调查 ,分析患者的年龄、性别、病情、人格特征、社会支持程度等对心理状况的影响。结果 :重症肌无力患者存在一定程度的抑郁和焦虑 ,心理健康状况较差 ,受年龄、病情、人格特征、社会支持程度影响较大 ,对患者的康复不利。结论Objective: To investigate psychological status of the patients with Myasthenia Gravis and analyze the influencing factors in order to improve psychological care. Methods: The structured questionnaires, such as SDS, SAS, EPQ etc, were used to investigate psychological status of the patients, and their sex, age, degree of illness, social supports etc, were analyzed as influencing factors. Results: Patients with Myasthenia Gravis had obvious depression and anxiety, which were influenced by age, degree of illness, social supports etc. Implementation of psychological care is very necessary. Conclusion: Providing appropriate individual psychological care in the patients with Myasthenia Gravis were important and might facilitate their healing.
