摘　　要：借助编程给出了(p,5,3,1)-NDF的一个递推构造,并从理论上证明对任意p≡5(mod6),且p≥17,存在(p,5,3,1)-NDF.The (p, 5, 3, 1)-near difference family (NDF) occupies the central part on the direct construction of a transitive Kirkman triple system (TKTS) of order 3p, Where p≡5(mod6). Design progrenes and obtain the construction of the (p, 5, 3, 1)-NDF.Then make further study about the construction theoretically and prove the existence of the (p, 5, 3, 1)-NDF for p≡5(mod6) is prime and p≥17.
