摘 要:潜艇耐压壳体上大的开孔常常切断一根肋骨 ,并且用围壁进行加强。目前 ,环肋圆柱壳上用围壁加强的圆形开孔强度计算所用规范中的公式 ,是针对用围壁加强的不带肋骨的圆柱壳开孔推导出来的 ,而肋骨对孔口的应力集中是有影响的。本文用有限元方法对环肋圆柱壳上切断一根肋骨的用围壁加强的正交单圆孔 ,在静水外压下随开孔直径和加强程度变化的应力大小及分布规律进行了数值分析 ,发现孔边壳板中面应力与光圆柱壳开孔接近 ,但最大中面周向应力处弯曲应力很大 ;当加强程度大时 ,孔边壳板最大表面纵向应力超过最大表面周向应力 。A big hole generally cuts off a ring on the pressure hull of submarine, and is stiffened by coaming. The present calculation code for the strength of a coaming opening on a ring-stiffened cylindrical shell is based on a coaming opening on a cylindrical shell without ring. But the rings have influence upon the stress concentration near the opening. This paper uses ANSYS to analyze how the stress magnitude and distribution of the structure near the opening vary with opening diameter and the stiffened extent on a ring-stiffened cylindrical shell under external pressure. The results show that the stress magnitude of the shell near the opening is adjacent to the nude cylindrical shell, but the bending hoop stress where the maximum hoop membrane stress occurs is very large; The maximum longitudinal surface stress of the shell near the opening is greater than the maximum hoop surface stress when the stiffened extent to opening is great; The hoop stress of the cut ring's flange is much large.
