中药六神丸+樟脑酚间接无痛失活乳牙的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药六神丸 +樟脑酚在不穿髓情况下无痛失活乳牙的临床效果 .方法 :选择未露髓的急慢性牙髓炎乳磨牙 2 80例 ,用六神丸 +樟脑酚无痛法间接失活乳牙与常规使用乳牙失活剂开髓后封药失活乳牙对照研究 ,比较其优缺点 .结果 :使用中药六神丸 +樟脑酚无痛法间接失活乳牙牙髓安全有效 ,痛苦少 ,成功率为 90 .1% ,略低于使用乳牙失活剂失活 .结论 :使用中药六神丸 +樟脑酚无痛法间接失活乳牙牙髓有较高的成功率 ,操作简便 ,且较开髓后封乳牙失活剂失活痛苦少 ,更容易被患儿接受 ,具有一定临床实用价值 .AIM: To observe the clinical effect of painless and indirect devitalization of deciduous teeth pulp by combination of LiuShen Pills, a traditional Chinese herbal medication, plus camphor phenol without pulp exposition. METHODS: 280 cases of deciduous molar teeth with chronic or acute pulpitis and unexposed pulp were selected. In the experimental group, the deciduous teeth pulps without perforating pulp cavity were devitalizated by LiuShen Pills plus camphor phenol. In control group, the devitalizing paste of deciduous teeth pulp was used after the pulp cavity was opened. The clinical effects were compared between the 2 groups. RESULTS: It was safe and efficient to painlessly and indirectly devitalizate deciduous teeth pulp with LiuShen Pills and camphor phenol. The success rate reached 90.1% , a little bit lower than that of the control group. CONCLUSION: Painless and indirect devitalization of deciduous teeth pulp is proved to be of high success rate and is easy to operate. Easier to be accepted by the children, this method has good clinical value.
