摘　　要：目的满足病人机械通气期间语言沟通障碍的身心需求。方法将 10 0例心脏手术病人分为观察组与对照组各 5 0例 ,两组术前由责任护士给予常规心脏外科术前指导 ;观察组另由责任护士教给简单、规范的手势语言 ,于术前 3～ 5d进行训练。结果机械通气期间观察组护理满意度、遵医行为显著优于对照组 (均P <0 .0 1)。结论手势语言达到了护患沟通的目的 ,较好地满足了病人机械通气期间的身心需求。Objective To satisfy the mental and physical needs of patients on mechanical aeration.Methods One hundred patients undergoing heart surgery were divided into an experimental group and a control group, with each group having 50 subjects. Patients of the two groups were preoperatively given routine guidance for heart surgery by nurses in charge. The patients in the experimental group were taught some simple, standardized sign language 3-5 days before the operation.Results The satisfaction for nursing care and compliance of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those of controls( P <0.01 for both).Conclusion The sign language can help achieve the communication during mechanical aeration between the patients and nurses and can help to meet the physical and mental needs.
