摘　　要：宽带网的普及使得VOD(videoondemand)的应用越来越广泛,但是,服务器端某用户发送速率的剧烈变化必然会影响到其他用户的播放质量,而常规控制难以消除这一缺点。这里在速率反馈控制理论框架的基础上,采用非线性均匀控制,克服由于抖动带来的不利影响,提高了播放质量。The application of VOD has been expanded rapidly with the popularization of broadband integrated services digital network. But the playback quality of VOD is not guaranteed because of drastic change in the server. It is difficult for conventional control to overcome them. On the basis of the control|theory scheme of rate|based traffic control, the non|linear averaging controller is designed to overcome the adverse effect. The playback quality of VOD is greatly improved.
