摘　　要：R&D 是大学三大功能之一,R&D 管理既有一般项目管理的内涵,同时因为它的科学前沿和高技术开发内涵,它具有区别于一般项目的特定知识体系。文章阐述了大学 R&D 管理的知识体系,分析了 R&D 管理中计划、立项、执行与控制、交付、转化的过程,提出了一系列的 R&D 管理流程,研制了大学 R&D 管理的知识系统。R&D is one of important functions of university.It has a special knowledge structure because of its focus on scientific front and high technology.The paper discuss the knowledge structure of R&D management in Claim's universities,and the contents of plan- ning,initialization,performance & control,closure,technology transfer.According to the knowledge structure,a series of management workflow are suggested,and a knowledge-based R&D management system is under developed
