摘　　要：目的 :研究犬乳恒牙替换过程中SHIP在组织中的表达情况 ,分析SHIP在犬乳恒牙替换过程中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组织化学的方法检测SHIP在犬乳恒牙替换期组织中的表达。结果 :SHIP在破骨细胞、破牙细胞和恒牙胚釉质层表达阳性。结论 :SHIP在乳牙根吸收期表达阳性 ,在乳牙根稳定期和恒牙根期表达阴性 ,提示其在乳牙根吸收过程中发挥重要作用。AIM:To observe the expression of SHIP and study its function during the replacement of dog′s primary and permanent teeth.MEHTODS:By immunohistochemistry,SHIP expression was examined in the tissue,such as pulp,periodontal membrane,alveolar bone, permanent tooth germ.RESULTS:SHIP positive signals were observed in the osteoclasts,odentoclasts and enamel of permanent tooth germ.CONCLUSION:SHIP exists during the resorption of primary tooth root and is absent during the stableness of primary tooth root and the permanen tooth root.It shows that SHIP plays important role during the resorption of primary tooth root.
