摘  要:目的 :应用人工口腔观察中药五倍子对菌斑生物膜形成的影响。方法 :选用与致龋病关系较密切的 4种细菌在人工口腔中形成菌斑生物膜 ,采用扫描电镜观察釉质表面生物膜的形成情况 ,并对釉质表面的细菌进行菌落计数。结果 :五倍子水提取物处理后釉质表面的细菌量明显少于对照组 ,两者的差别具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。五倍子组釉质表面未见细菌团块的堆积 ,细菌散在分布于釉质表面 ,无生物膜形成 ;生理盐水组可见栅栏状和谷穗状的结构 ,有明显的生物膜形成。结论 :五倍子可明显抑制口腔生物膜的形成。AIM:To observe the effects of Chinese nutgall on the formation of plaque biofilm in artificial mouth.METHODS:Four kinds of cariogenic bacteria were selected to form the artificial plaque biofilm in artificial mouth.The morphological observation of artificial biofilm was carried out by SEM.The amount of the bacteria adhered on the enamel fragment surface was determined by colony counting.RESULTS:The amount of bacteria on enamel fragments treated with Chinese nutgall extractum was less than that treated with saline,the difference between two groups was significant ( P <0.001).The enamel fragments treated with Chinese nutgall extractum had no biofilm formed,the bacteria were distributed scatteredly.While the mature biofilm occurred on the enamel fragments treated with saline.CONCLUSION:Chinese nutgall can inhibit the formation of oral biofilm significantly.
