摘　　要：行政强制执行是传统行政运作方式的集中表现 ,它包括行政自力执行和非诉强制执行 ,并以后者为主要执行方式。非诉强制执行方式与行政自力执行方式尽管都以具体行政决定作为执行根据 ,但前者却是司法权的一种独立运用。另外 ,针对司法实践中广泛存在的执行审查结论与行政审判结论不一致的情况 ,文章指出应明确一定的法律责任归属标准。Administrative enforce is the epitomize of traditional administrative handle. It includes the administrative self-enforcement and the uncontentions enforcement, and the latter is the main way. Although their executive basis is the administrative decision, the self-enforcement is the individual utilize of judicial powers. Moreover, in view of existing situation, the article shows the responsible ownership should be maken clear.
